Kay is an Associate at Neurodiverse Connection, a Neurodivergent-led Community Interest Company (CIC) created to improve and support outcomes for Neurodivergent people and which specialises as a translation service between neurotypes.
At Neurodiverse Connection, Kay undertakes consultancy, project-based work, resource creation, training and facilitation of Neurodivergent Wellbeing Approach (NDWA) Training, supporting more neuroinclusive and relational approaches to systems change.
Her work is centred on neuro-inclusive, nervous-system-aware, trauma-informed, relational, and creative approaches to practice, integrating cognitive and systems thinking, embodied awareness, relational intelligence, and intuitive ways of knowing.
